Water, heat, steam
Four hundred and fifty square metres in the Il Fienile wing
The SPA takes its name from the wing that houses it, Il Fienile, and it is 450 square metres given over to wellness alone. Everything is built on two elements, water and heat: dry heat, steam and water at different temperatures, alternating along the way.
You experience it as a journey: each stage prepares the next. Below, the circuit one stage at a time.
The ritual of water
The SPA circuit, about two hours to come back to yourself
Four stages across the whole wing. The circuit can be booked either as a single entry, without staying overnight, or as part of a wellness package.
-
Sensory showers, the Kneipp circuit
The entrance to the ritual of water: sequences of hot and cold, from balsamic mist to tropical rain, ending with the regenerating ice that wakes the skin and gets the circulation going.
-
Steam room and Finnish sauna
Steam and dry heat, used in alternation: it is the alternation between the two that produces the detox effect.
-
Hydromassage pool at 37 °C
Heated, with chromotherapy. The alternating-temperature jets, lumbar and plantar, work on drainage and toning; the hydromassage loungers stimulate microcirculation in the glutes and legs.
-
Relaxation and the herbal tea corner
The relaxation areas with chromotherapy and music therapy, and a hot herbal tea to leave the circuit slowly.

-
Tibetan singing bowls
In water or on land 60'An hour of vibration, in the water or on the bed, alone or as a pair: the sound reaches the body before it reaches the ears.
Beyond the massages
The consultations
Alongside the treatments, Il Fienile hosts an hour of consultation: family constellations, counselling, talent development, parenting support, mindfulness. Separately, dietary and nutritional education consultations, with a first appointment and follow-ups.
All treatments and consultations are booked in advance at reception, subject to the practitioner's availability. The SPA circuit, on the other hand, is booked on Cooperto, where availability and prices are always up to date.
