2. Bookings and requests

Bookings can be made through the online booking engine linked to the site, or by sending a request via the contact form, by email or by phone.

A request sent from the form is not a confirmed booking: a stay is confirmed only after our explicit confirmation. Availability and applicable conditions are those shown by the booking engine at the time of the request.

3. Payments

Payments are handled through the external booking engine or at the property, according to the conditions shown at the time of booking. We do not store payment-card data, which is processed directly by the payment service providers (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and change conditions are those tied to the selected rate and shown at the time of booking: please read them carefully before confirming. In the event of a no-show, charges may apply under those same conditions.

5. Check-in, check-out and stay

Check-in and check-out times are communicated at confirmation. On arrival a valid identity document is required for each guest, as required by law. Where applied by the Municipality, the tourist tax is payable on site and is not included in the rates.

6. House rules

For the comfort of all guests we ask you to:

• respect the common areas and quiet hours;
• tell us in advance about any pets, admitted only by prior arrangement;
• not smoke indoors;
• follow the rules of the SPA and pool areas, available at the property.

7. Experiences and services

Additional experiences and services (for example SPA, dining, cooking classes, yoga, e-bike tours) are subject to availability and booking. They may vary depending on the season, weather conditions or organisational needs.

8. Vouchers and gifts

Any gift vouchers are subject to the validity and usage conditions shown at the time of purchase and on the platform that manages them.

9. Intellectual property

Text, images, trademarks and other content on the site are owned by Ca' Virginia or used under licence. They may not be reproduced or reused without our written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

We take great care over the content of the site, but we do not guarantee that it is always complete, up to date or free of errors, and we reserve the right to change it at any time. We are not liable for temporary interruptions or unavailability of the site, nor for damage arising from force majeure.

11. Privacy and cookies

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. The court of Pesaro shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer's place of residence, where applicable.

13. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page; the version in force at the date of your request or booking applies.
