Green Philosophy

Outdoor living in 100 hectares of extraordinary variety filled with woods, clearings and waterways. Natural, uncontaminated, regenerating environments. What more could you ask for when organising training courses, trips and excursions in search of the splendid surrounding nature: running, trekking, cycling, Nordic walking. On request, it is also possible to organize truffle and mushroom hunting and lake fishing in order to sample the extraordinary flavours this land has to offer.

Nature is an asset which must be safeguarded. Always. This is the environmentally friendly philosophy which has encouraged us from the very beginning in the preservative renovation of the Ca’ Virginia structure, deciding to equip it with a photovoltaic, solar - thermal and geothermal - system.

The photovoltaic plant in question is the largest in the "Marche region" (200 kWp) and, in combination with a 213 kW geothermal field, this allows the structure to be environmentally friendly (contributing to reducing the emission of greenhouse gases) and independent from an energy point of view.

The energy produced is in fact used to power both the restaurant, hotel, and the 450 m2 of the Spa space. Ca’ Virginia is a "green philosophi area".
